What is the Kashruth certification?
The Exceptional Hamentashen are certified OU Pareve; we also have Double Chocolate Brownies that are also certified OU Parve as well as all of our famous Exceptional Brownies in the eight flavors are certified KofK Dairy.
Can I customize an order?
Yes, feel free to include whatever flavors you would like, simply call one of our Customer Care Specialists at 212.439.0766
When will my order be shipped?

Usually, within 24 hours depending upon the availability of fresh baked goods. If the product you selected is not available that day, your order will definitely be shipped the following day. We do not ship on Friday as UPS does not ship over the weekend and your product would only remain in their warehouse for the weekend. If you place your order Thursday afternoon or Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Also, please be very careful typing the delivery address. Be sure to include any apartment number, suite number or office number where applicable. Packages being shipped to a hotel will be shipped to your name, with the instructions to hold for your arrival. If you have a contact name at the hotel, please inform us. Additionally, please be sure that the address is complete. An incomplete or incorrect address will result in delaying the package’s arrival and possible additional charges imposed by the shipping company.

Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.

How will my order be shipped?
You have a choice of UPS Ground, Three-Day, Two-Day or Overnight. When you fill out your online order form, you will see these options.
What is your shipping policy?
We cannot be held responsible or liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays in receiving the package due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown or packages left unattended. We provide you with the tracking information so you can track your order. We do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives on time and in good condition. If a problem should occur, we will work to resolve it immediately.
What is Your Guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If your package has been damaged in shipping or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Is your Site Secure?
Our website uses secure servers with encryption technology. In addition to our Secure Certificate, we employ Hackersafe (see our home page) as an additional safeguard.
